    Ingredients:

    • 1 Flatbread (I used pre-made)
    • 2 tbsp. Toom Garlic Spread
    • Mozzarella, sliced or shredded
    • 1 Heirloom tomato, sliced
    • 1 cup Watercress
    • Olive oil

    Instructions:

    1. Evenly coat the flatbread with your garlic spread
    2. Drizzle olive oil across the top
    3. Add your mozzarella and sliced tomateos
    4. Bake at 425 degrees F for 13-15min, until the cheese is melted
    5. While that's cooking, add watercress (you can also swap for arugula) to a bowl and toss it with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
    6. Once the pizza is done cooking, remove it from the oven and top it with the watercress.
    7. Slice, serve, and ENJOY!
